I’m sure that this would have been reported as it has been there for several months. A car is nearly always parked by the kerbside so you have no choice but to drive through it if a car is coming up the hill on the other side of the road. I have had to spend out £300 in the last couple of months due to damages from hitting it, can this please be looked at as an emergency repair.
