Appalling road surface between RG94NT and RG94QB

Apart from the potholes could you please, please address the horrendous road surface between RG94NT and RG94QB. Years ago shortly after the road was last surfaced, the tyres on a heavy lorry ripped up the surface leaving a tramline effect. (I followed that lorry while it was damaging the road) Over the years the road surface has got worse, now it feels as though you are drivng over a ploughed field (I know I am a farmer) and since Highlands Park has been built the traffic is as heavy as it has ever been and the road condition is really deteriorating. Also all the gullys and drains on this road requiring emptying and digging out. Even with this dry weather the road floods at RG94NT, RG9 4PP AND RG9 4QB whenever it rains.
