21a high street Didcot has as per image a hedge that is forcing people onto the road, it is dangerous especially to the elderly and mothers with prams, not to mention the visibly impaired.

The hedge is still covering ½ the path. Why don't you start issuing section 152 notices and remind them of part IX of the Highways act section 137 and 1545
