The road surface is broken, the verges are broken.

The entire length of Spring Lane is cracked and broken, pot holed and becomes flooded during wet periods. It has been reported over the last five years, has been inspected by highways teams but nothing has been done to solve the problem. Now the verges have given way and there are old plastic road bollards, again broken and falling into the road. It looks ugly and is dangerously. Please someone help.
