Request for Public Bench Installation between Cowper Close, Bicester and West Bicester community center

I hope this message finds you well.
I am writing to kindly request the installation of a public bench along the pedestrian route between my home at Cowper Close and the West Bicester community centre. This path is frequently used by my elderly parent, as well as other older residents in our neighbourhood, most of whom live in bungalows and rely on walking as their main mode of mobility.
Given the age demographic of the area, a resting point midway would be a meaningful addition, providing comfort and support for those who may find the full walk tiring. My own parent, in particular, would greatly benefit from a place to pause and rest en route.
If possible, I would also like to propose that the bench include a small engraving in memory of my late father. I would be happy to contribute to the cost of the bench should this be agreeable.
