Cover loose and falling off telegraph pole

Hi there were people in doing work on this pole earlier (last week maybe) (we don't know which company sorry) and they left the cable cover hatch on this pole loose, and overnight it fell off entirely. I've reattached it with garden wire so the cover didn't get lost, but it should probably be properly secured and checked. It didn't look like anyone had been messing with the cables as far as I could see, I think it was just a loose cover that fell off, but it should probably be checked. Thanks very much!
