During March 2024 Gigaclear ruined the verge outside our property. Hobb House, Bloxham. I complained to you and them. Gigaclear clearly stated it was the council's issue as they had fully met their repair brief. At the time we knew the damage was permanent. Much to my amazement you agreed with Gigaclear. After your investigation (See reference number attached) you stated there was no follow-up required.
I have attached three photographs. The first two are from February 2024. The final one is from 2 days ago i.e. June 25. It is clear that your investigation, that was confident growth would re-occur, was inaccurate.
Now the evidence is clear I would appreciate an understanding of how you intend to remedy the situation.

Thank you for the update. We have visited this location today, the verge appears to have recovered. Unfortunately, vehicles parking on the verge will not help the situation. For further issues regarding any issues with utilities, please do not hesitate to contact us accordingly and we refer this to our streetworks team to investigate further.
