Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

This is a 40mph limit however vehicles are persistently travelling much faster making it very dangerous. Please could the signage be improved? There is a flashing 40 sign as you approach Brightwell but the traffic should only have been travelling 40 anyway!
