Curb stone dangerous and unhinged

This curb stone has been detached for over a year is a trip hazard and I have reported to my councillor twice already. Our street has been totally neglected and gets more traffic than other streets because of swimming pool and community centre visitors. Could well cause bad accident for A child or person or vulnerable adult.
