The culvert which runs alongside the B480 is currently blocked on one side.

The blocked culvert is shown on the right hand side of the first picture. It's the culvert that runs along side the B480 underneath the track that leads to Manor Farm. The culvert consists of two inadequately sizes channels, one of which is completely blocked. The additional photos show where the river runs clear under one and doesn't move at all under the other.
