Noisy manhole when run over

A manhole cover has become noisy when run over and given the layout of Foudry close it happened when EVERY vehicle enters or exits the right hand turn off which leads to 8 houses.

    The man holes NOT the surface water drains. I suspect they may just need lifting and clearing of debris at this stage
