Logs and rubbish need to be removed from wooded area in Fox Furlong/Pheasant Walk field to prevent future flooding

Hello. I have previously reported a flooding incident to you which resulted in over £100k worth of damages to 4 properties. One of the remaining issues and hazards which remain are logs and rubbish which have resulted from your contractors cutting the trss and not taking the rubbish with them and flytipping from the A4074. I have been told by South Oxon council I need to raise a request via Fix My Street for arrangements to be made to clear the area. Access is via the footpath which runs from our estate to Heyford Hill Sainsbury's. Please confirm when you plan to do this. I am happy to signpost you to the area.
