Hole filled incompetently - damage made worse
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
A culvert crossing the road drains into this gully. It was partly collapsed and road workers attended and simply filling the hole with tarmac and completely blocked the culvert underneath it. I did suggest they fix the culvert before filling it but they said that wasn’t their job!! Bampton Road has flooded in the last 12 months. The culverts need to do their job. Residents really do not need highways making the situation worse and wasting tax payers’ money in the process! Please make good this damage as it should be as a priority.
