The storm water drain on the high school side of the road is totally blocked with leaves, dirt and water. The other drain on the other side of the road near the pedestrian crossing is also blocked. About every month I personally sweep along the whole footpath outside my property, which is about 160 metres in length and dispose of all the leaves/dirt into my own property. I did this today and noticed the blocked drains.

The customer is concerned about the lack of action here and says that the trucks going past over the drain/grate makes a lot of noise which is disturbing residents.

Please see the report I have already written on Fix My Street. It is regarding the unacceptable noise caused by trucks/lorries when their left hand wheels hit the metal grate over the storm water drain on the road opposite my house at 63 Burford road Chipping Norton. This has been happening at least every 15 minutes for most of this year and the noise vibrates through right my home. My 94 year old neighbour, who lives two houses away from Burford roadcan also the noise. I have already sent photos of this drain and the one near the school pedestrian crossing when I also reported that these two drains were completely blocked with rubbish, leaves and dirt.
I would appreciate an update as soon as possible as I first reported this problem by phone to Oxford Council in May this year.
Thank you for your time and understanding with this problem.
Kindest regards,
Genevieve Moran.
