Banbury East Close, alleyway leading to Daventry Road. The barriers at entrance to the pedestrian alleyway are poorly aligned making access difficult for persons using mobility scooters to navigate. Slight realignment would help. This is a regular pathway for elderly people in East Close and surrounding area to access Dave try road and local community shops.

Oxfordshire County Council is therefore not responsible for this problem and will not be able to take action due to it being private/maintained by another body.
