Sunken Trenches Causing Building Shake

Two trenches accross the road have sunk causing our house to shake when buses and heavy vehicles pass. We have been reporting this for three years and you have now removed our complaint four times as "Investigation Complete". We are not interested in future road resurfacing schedules or complaining about the "General Condition of The Road" but simply want the sunken trenches repaired. Your response is not acceptable and we will report the problem again every time you remove it. I suggest you visit and spend 30 minutes in our front bedroom to experience the effect. A simple repair as for a pothole is all that is required. Please repair these sunken trenches.
