Very large plane tree outside 1A/3 is overhanging the house and wires and roots pushing up the pavement.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Tree pruners contracted by ODS came to the road last week but did not prune the plain tree outside 1A/3. It has not been pruned for a very long time and overhangs the house and wires. The roots have made the pavement extremely uneven and it is becoming difficult to get our car out safely without scraping the bottom of the car.

  • Thank you for your report. This was forwarded to Oxfordshire Tree team who have been out to inspect the tree. The area has recently been inspected and safety defects for the public have been raised for repair. The tree roots will be monitored and areas are made safe where needed.
