Dangerously overhanging vegitation

Overhanging vegetation between P&R and Recycling facility blocking the pavement. Blocking pavement and causing substantial risk to pedestrians, the elderly and those with accessibility issues. An accident could be avoided if the hedge/vegetation were cut back to the fence line.
