Nettles and brambles blocking pathway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I reported this last year and Nothing was done. I have just been up this pathway and have just cut back the nettles and brambles. I do this as living close and use it regularly and so do DISABLED people in their mobility scooters who are at stinging nettle level getting stung. As we all pay are council rates this should be done by You and Not By Me. I’ve left all the cuttings by the lamp post in the middle of the pathway.
