I reported this on 25th March. Council ref: ENQ251043119. On 9th April I was sent an email saying that "the issue warrants attention within 28 days". It is now 36 days since I reported it. I see someone else has reported it this week, and received the same reply - that it will be attended to within 28 days!! ENQ251047545.
