Can’t get a wheelchair onto the path

Reported via iOS in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 17:37, Thursday 15 May 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The path that starts and finishes at the Esso garage/greggs/jaybee motors is not wheelchair/disability friendly at all. You get to the edge of the path and you physically can’t push a wheelchair or get a mobility scooter off the path, across the bottom of the esso garage and up the next pavement as there are small paving blocks. I had to turn round and go all the way back down to the Oxford road crossing to come back up again. It’s also a worry of someone trying to get up the path in a wheelchair or scooter and falling off into the road/forecourt.
