Hedge overhanging limiting space to get past
Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later
This hedge has been getting progressively worse over the last couple of years. Upon speaking to home owners in the area no one will take responsibility and say it is the councils property, it is overhanging onto the path making it hard to get past with a pushchair or wheelchair. I walk this way most days and had to go to the edge of the path which is not always easy when there is a car parked in the lay-by also.
