Foliage blocking ‘Give way to oncoming vehicles’ sign

There is a lot of foliage blocking the ‘Give way to oncoming vehicles’ sign meaning it is not visible until alongside. This is causing people going south-bound / uphill to not see the sign and yield to those coming downhill.

    The first picture is on the footway about 5m from the give way line. Second is about 30m on same side of road. The third is all the way down the hill from the bus stop on the other side of the road - where the sign is still not visible.
