Overgrown hedge blocking footpath

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Hedge (including brambles) along footpath between Leach Road allotments and Bicester School is overgrown and needs cutting back. This is blocking a busy path used every day by school children.

  • This is not been fit done yet the hedge is growing out and scorchids convertually not get down can you tell me if somebody going to do something about this plese

  • Nearly four weeks since this was first reported and situation is getting much worse. Please can this hedge be cut back.

  • The overgrown section is alongside the allotments NOT Sanctuary Housing. I have contacted the Allotments department at Bicester Town Council on 9/6/25 but not had any response.

  • This argument regarding who is responsible for the hedge happens every year. Whoever is responsible please cut the hedge before someone’s eye is poked out or worse.
