Grass very long at junction

The grass next to this junction is very long and is restricting the view of traffic coming up the hill when you are trying to turn off Trenchard Avenue. You only see the traffic coming up the hill at the very last minute

Oxfordshire County Council, as the Highway Authority, is ultimately responsible for the maintenance of grass verges alongside the carriageway network throughout Oxfordshire (excluding motorways and trunk roads). Under our new approach, all roadside verges in both rural and urban areas are cut once a year. If necessary, we will trim areas that impede driver visibility more regularly.
