Gutters need clearing and loose debris on road

The gutters on either side of the road through the whole of The Rydes is awfully full of debris from where the roads were re surfaced last year. Also there is a lot of loose debris through wide parts of the road which is causing people to slip and bikes to skid. It is dangerously for pedestrians, bike and road users.
