Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Your contractor has completely cut the grass verge from the A361 junction down into the village. It is. Not a 1 meter swathe but the whole verge. We are in "no mow May" plus there are birds, animals and flowers in the verges. This is awful. I appreciate the need at junction but he has devastated the whole verge back to the hedge.
