Japanese knotweed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I spotted a new patch of Japanese Knotweed growing near the pavement. It’s below the trees near the top of the riverbank, close to the turn for cars down into the Westgate underground car park. So far it’s just 3 shoots. Between 50cm and 1 metre high. Please can you treat before it takes hold?
