Sand deteriorated from road brickwork.

The joint filling sand used on Sage Close has deteriorated completely. This means the bricks that make up the road are completely free moving. This presents a rattling noise for every car that drives over the surface. Refilling the joints would quickly fix this matter, and make the road safe and quiet.
