Trees and hedges blocking view around bend and obstructing path.

On the corner of the bend opposite the entrance to Rosmary Drive (on Winter Gardens Way), the view around the bend is currently being obstructed by overgrown trees and hedges. Since residents park on one side of this road, the distance to see if a car is coming the opposite direction has been reduced to a dangerous minimum. The hedge is beginning to encroach on the walking path too, so the danger to drivers, passengers and pedestrians is extremely high. With the added traffic merging from Rosmary Drive (whose view is already obstructed by the parked cars), this corner is an accident waiting to happen.
