    Overhanging hedge belonging to 49 Whitehouse Road, Woodcote. Causing problems with disability Scooters trying to go down path. Hedge is spiky causing injuries.

  • Thank you for your report. Landowners and occupiers are responsible for maintaining any boundary features on their property that adjoin public highways and affect highway safety. In this case, the highway appears to be impacted, so we will contact the land/property owner. If necessary, further action will be taken.
