Grit all over cycle & pedestrian path

Dear team, With grit poured all over the road, more than a week in advance of the actual tar being applied, a good amount of grit from the car tyres has sprayed onto the cycle & pedestrian path making it an extremely hazardous pathway. Please could this be cleaned to keep cycle users and pedestrians safe, as we do not know when the tar will be applied to the road.
