Inside curtilage of Maltfield House there appears to be a dead tree. Could fall on to public pavement / walkway.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. I have visited site and assessed the trees in their location. The overhanging trees
    present are on land maintainable by the adjacent landowner and not by the County
    Council. I shall send correspondence to the landowner, detailing the problem and
    advising that they carry out remedial works to resolve the situation. Should you notice a significant decline in the situation, please feel free to get back in touch with us.
