Failing road surface

The state of the road surface on Anchor Lane in South Moreton from the junction with Hithercroft all along the road in the direction of the Ashtons, more or less until the end of the 20mph speed limit, is absolutely awful. There are potholes across the width of the road, cycling along there is very dangerous and it has long been impossible to drive on that part of the road without swerving to avoid the potholes (which now can't be avoided anyway). This part of the road needs some urgent patching or ideally, resurfacing.
