Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

There is a dip in the middle of the road, that was filled in 2 months ago, and is beginning to return. There is a problem there that needs investigating or the road will just give way one day, not just filling in.

The problem at surface level is worse than it was two months ago. Looks more like a shakehole than a pothole. Please do not simply patch it up again...
