Brook drainage

Following this location being used for access to the nearby building works where a temporary access was made, the road verge was reconstructed. However the brook nows drains through the new bank and down the road whereas it used to drain across the fields. This is causing the road to be damaged more frequently.

Photos show damaged drain, road being wet with flowing water (taken on 30th April after 7 days without rain in the area), and the new bank that has standing water behind it but is allowing water through rather than diverting it.
