Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The 20 limit has been there for quite some time now and to have a 30mph sign right in the middle of it all can be quite confusing. Can this be changed or removed as all the others have or are they trying to catch people out just before the camera? I wonder why this hasn’t been reported already. Is it just that we’re used to these things or has everybody, including all authorities, been guilty of driving with undue or putting signs up with undue.
