Damaged surface on rumble strips

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Potholes either side of the road, especially where the rumble strips are. One part there is a crack where the surface has been filled that’s ~12 ft long. If cycling you have to go into the middle of the road to avoid risking a collision if the oncoming car does the same to avoid a pothole on their side.
