The drain opposite numbers 35 and 37 Cross Leys in Chipping Norton has been blocked for some time with soil and leaves. It is just before the junction with the top of Lewis Road and is alongside a property which fronts onto Lewis Road.

    The drain is completely blocked

  • Thank you for your report. Oxfordshire County Council is responsible for maintaining approximately 120,000 gullies on the highway network. Gullies are cleaned in accordance with the County Council’s maintenance policy, and we operate a targeting program with a higher frequency of cleaning in areas at risk of flooding.
