Tree Branch protruding into the road carriage way

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

On the left hand side approaching the garage as you enter Farmoore there is a branch arm sticking out into the carriage way. It’s made worse with cars swerving to avoid all the pot holes on this road. I’ve almost lost my wing mirror on this.
