Danger to pedestrians

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 19:03, Friday 25 April 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

Overgrown shrubbery at shoulder level is invading the public highway, making it difficult and dangerous for pedestrians to pass without stepping into vehicular lanes.

This is not a verge matter, as would typically be passed on to Parish councils. It is the public highway that is obstructed as opposed to the verge, and specifically the part of the highway that forms the pedestrian footway. My understanding is that it is OCC ‘s sole responsibility.
