This utter abomination is the first welcome Oxford City Council deems is acceptable for visitors from the world over. Furthermore it is the main access to the bus station from many parts of the city, not least the railway station.

Please rectify this immediately. Either fix or demolish the bus shelter and reopen the ped access to the bus station.
