Footway repairs incomplete?

Following footway repairs the pedestrian ‘blister paving’ has not been replaced at the Co-Op car park entrance. Is the work incomplete? Previously the blisters complied with DDA requirements and should be replaced. Also, the wooden bollards are not compatible with the village setting.

Hi Brian, my name is Steve, I'm a FixMyStreet superuser based in Steventon. I have just got back from speaking with the contractors working on the Co-op entrance. Work is going. Concrete blisting was to be laid both sides of the carpark entrance, the posts were to protect them from heavy vehicles. However, the Co-op have complained about the posts as they are likely to hinder their delivery lorries and they [the posts] will therefore be removed shortly. The concrete blisters were replaced today with rubberised versions. The Co-op-side ones were already affixed and they were about to adhere the other side of the entrance, (the picture with black tape), while I was there
