Again, and this seems to be happening more regularly now, OCC are telling FMS that issues are "fixed" I do not think putting white spray round the issue is fixing it! Near to Winters Way junction on the Cumberford road. there a stretch of degraded and fragmenting tarmac approx 6 x 3 ft. Its in the middle of the road. It probably due because some womble parks their health van on the side of the road, and everyone has to avoid it, so going over the same patch of degradation hundreds of times a day. As well as degrading and fragmenting, the strip is also sinking.
