Terrible state of the road

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The entire lane is horrendous but this section is the worst with huge potholes and uneven surface. Road is completely failing. Unavoidable as the sides of the road have huge dips that will bottom out cars.

    When is this lane going to be inspected it's horrendous! The potholes are hard to see with the recent rain making them extremely dangerous for cyclists! This report has been open since April! The passing places are not safe to pull into as they are so rutted cars are bottoming out on them!

  • Some remedial fillings have been done nut there remains a string of unlevel patches still requiring work to make this key route to/from Russells Water,acceptable.

  • A couple of patches were applied to the worst sections..however,the road remains ‘3rd world’,seriously dangerous to drivers,cyclists and even walkers. Please attend to this stretch a.s.a.p.
