Hedge over grown path

I have previously reported this hedge as it grows right over the path. It makes it difficult to pass especially for people (like my husband) to walk past on crutches, also those who have other walking aids; those who need to push children in prams or buggies; and anyone with shopping in bags or trolleys. Even without these , I had to walk onto the road to pass. This hedge is on the corner of Rosamund Road and Clifford Place Wolvercote. It is an ongoing problem which gets worse every year.
