Failed road causing flooding

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have reported this issue previously but have just received confirmation that the case has been closed and suggested that I apply for a dropped kerb, there is no pavement in this location and the road is slightly higher than the house. The flooding is due to the road failing which causes a big puddle in front of these houses and the water runs into our garage. Please attend the site and discuss with the residents of 28, 30 & 32 Hale road rather than just closing the case. Thank you
