Road surface missing in numerous places - north of Ledwell/top of Flight Hill

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

North of the junction adjacent to Wattle Hill Farm. Road surface has failed in numerous places creating potholes. Subsurface visible in a couple of places.

Please intervene and fix.
