Footpath obstructed by hedge

Reported via desktop in the Footways and Pavement damage category anonymously at 14:28, Friday 18 April 2025

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

The footpath is being obstructed on Ladder Hill at Hill House. Shrubbery is overgrown by approx 1 meter. This makes it very dangerous for pedestrians to pass safely. Wheelchairs/buggies would be unable to pass without going on uphill roadway. There is no footpath on the other side of road.Property appears to be HMO. No one seems to know landlord resposible. Been like this for months and getting worse with Spring growth.
