Hedge not being trimmed

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later

I have highlighted that there is a large hedge adjacent to parking space and it has not been cut by the council. It is not near a property and it is a public space. Please can this be looked at and cut asap. It’s a large red hedge about 20 foot long and over 10 foot high now. Thank you.
